This year, the drama club led the whole school in their performance of Kitty Whittington, an updated version of Dick Whittington. Follow the adventurers of Kitty as she heads to London to make a better life for herself, only to be confronted by a room full rats, a cruel gang of thieves and the fearsome Mrs Tilbury. Aided by her friends and the amazing talking cat, Mr Bowbells, Kitty learns the true meaning of friendship.
Wow! This was the very first Key Stage 1 end of your performance and they were amazing! They went On Safari, a story about friendship, they used big loud voices and fantastic singing voices. Well Done everyone!
Another fantastic show from Mr Robinson and the Drama club. Well done to everyone, we certainly do have some very talented children in Oakley Cross.

The drama club took the lead in the school Christmas Show. Meet Jack and his animal friends as he climbs the magical beanstalk and comes face to face with the giant.
Join us in Africa for our production of Tuishi Pamoja, a story of friendship. Meet Raffi and Zea, a young giraffe and young zebra, who meet one dark night and flee from a pack of chasing lions. Despite the giraffes and zebras not liking each other, our two new friends soon realise that it is better to be friends and work together. Check out the magical story.
