Evergreen joined our Rights Respecting Ambassadors this afternoon, joining in some fun activities. We all had a lovely afternoon.

Dukeshouse Wood
Everyone really enjoyed their stay at Dukeshouse Wood this year, once again the food was fantastic and the activities were enjoyed by everyone. Hope you enjoy the slide shows.
Day 3
We spent today problem solving and flying through the sky on the 3G swing.
Day 2
Another busy day, we’ve flown the sky on zip wires, played laser tag, giant twister, crawled through mud and abseiled. After tea took part in mini Olympics and team games, phew!
Day 1
We’ve had a fantastic afternoon at Dukeshouse Wood including an archery lesson, abseiling, orienteering following hot chocolate and toast before bed.

To celebrate children in need and the end of anti bullying week each class dressed in a different colour and cam together to make a rainbow flag to celebrate being proud of who we are!

Speak out, Stay safe!
The NSPCC came to visit KS1 and KS2 about how to keep themselves safe. Children spoke about worries and trusted adults they could talk to.

Pumpkin Carving Competition
A big thank you to the PTA and everyone at Oakley Cross for entering our school pumpkin competition. It was a hard decision but the winners were:

To celebrate we took part in the #BBCteachlesson on mindfulness and wellbeing. We thought about different feelings and tried techniques to support our wellbeing.

Harvest Festival
Thankyou for coming along to this years Harvest Festival. Each class played a special part to celebrate this exciting time of year.
Thankyou to everyone for bringing donations of food which were taken to The Well to contribute to the foodbank.

Macmillan Coffee Afternoon
Thankyou to everyone who came along to our MacMillan Coffee afternoon to raise funds for Cancer Care. Together we raised a fantastic £130!
